Subprocessor List

This page lists the third-party vendors (“subprocessors”) that Co-Teacher uses to operate the Service. Each is bound by confidentiality and security obligations. Subprocessors that process student work are bound by commitments that prohibit using it to train AI models. We notify partner schools of material changes to subprocessors that handle student data.

Notes
- AI providers are accessed under standard API terms that contractually prohibit using inputs or outputs to train or improve their models. A provider may retain data up to thirty (30) days for abuse-monitoring purposes only.
- Analytics events do not include the content of student work.
- This list reflects subprocessors in use as of the date above and may change as the Service evolves.
